Policies Here at Global Performance Motorsports we make every effort to ensure that any product we ship out is the correct part, complete, and without defects. However, to avoid problems please follow a few simple steps. • Upon receiving your package, inspect it to ensure there has not been any shipping damage. • Check the packing invoice part # to make sure the correct item was shipped. • Before installation or vehicle disassembly, check the bill of materials to make sure all components, including hardware, are accounted for. • Read all installation instructions completely prior to installation to avoid damaging any components. If you receive a part damaged during shipment… • Call us @ (919)-784-0411. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA), make arrangements for your item to be shipped back, and get a replacement out ASAP! If you received the wrong part… • If it was our error, call us and we'll give you a RMA#. We will pay for return shipping and send you the correct part ASAP! • If you ordered the wrong part, and the package is unopened, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, call us within 14 days. We will issue you a RMA# but you are responsible for return shipping costs as well as future shipping costs of replacement items. Order cancellation… • If you wish to cancel an order call us! If the item has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel your order. • If the item has shipped, we will give you a RMA# and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns… • Any item eligible for return must be in the original packaging, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. If internal packaging has been opened, the return is subject to a 20% repackaging fee. Upon return, if items, including any hardware, are missing, no refund will be given. In such case, you can have said part returned to you as long as you pay shipping costs. • Any item that has been installed or otherwise damaged or blemished cannot be returned. • If you wish to return an item, call us within 14 days. We will issue you a RMA# but you will be responsible for return shipping costs. • If you wish to return an item after 14 days, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. • When returning an item, it is your responsibility to get shipping insurance. If the returned item is damaged during return shipment, it will be rejected. Warranty claims… • Refer first to any manufacturer warranty information. • If manufacturer warranty directs the item be returned to the point of purchase, call us and we will issue you a RMA#. In most cases however, the end user is responsible for return shipping costs. General information… • While we here at BuildADiesel.com make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all product information and pricing, errors do happen from time to time. So we reserve the right to correct pricing typos and informational errors as they are found without notice. • Product stock levels vary daily so in-stock status cannot be guaranteed until the order is processed by administration. If an order is back ordered, we will contact you to alert you of the delay.
